Mute Packaging Refresh

Rhinomed invited us to redesign the packaging of their range of Mute nasal breathing devices, a product designed to increase airflow through your nose during sleep by gently opening your airways.

The role of the redesign was:
– to explain how Mute works and who it’s right for
– assure buyers of the comfort, given it’s an intranasal device
– educate buyers about the adjustability of the product to support messages around comfort
– demonstrate how it used
– how to fit it and find the right size
– ensure the role of the Trial pack is explained
– encourage it as the first purchase for a new buyer

The new packs maintain the integrity of the brand, whilst enhancing its appeal. The feature of the window on the front of pack was removed as a die-cut as it lacked shelf standout, replaced by a retouched photograph to better showcase the device itself. Colour coding across the range was strengthened to differentiate the Trial pack and clearly represent the range of sizes. Back of pack was completely redesigned for ease of communication, whilst the inside booklet was also redesigned to ensure clear usage directions.

BioCeuticals Herbal Extracts

Liquid Herbal Extracts is a new range of 74 high quality therapeutic formulations developed specifically for Herbal Practitioners to dispense to their patients.

Our design approach was to reflect the essence of each individual herb and the unique, time-honoured techniques used to produce these herbal formulations.The launch materials to support this range focus on the pillars used to create these high quality liquid herbs: organically grown and wildcrafted; a combination of fresh and dry herbs; supporting sustainability; and scientifically tested.

Our services included: Packaging Design, including individual hand etched herbal illustrations, Herbals Booklet and Trade Presenter, Monographs, Launch Presentation Box and Digital Event Invite.

IsoWhey Clinical Nutrition

Isowhey Clinical Nutrition

The introduction of new IsoWhey Clinical Nutrition Advanced 55+ provided a significant design challenge. First we needed to design a new sub-brand logo ‘Clinical Nutrition’ to sit under the ‘IsoWhey’ masterbrand. The introduction of gold into the logo helped to position the product as premium, whilst complementing the lid and base of the tin.

The attention to typography was critical, given the many messages we needed to deliver with clarity and appropriate hierarchy. The gold icons were developed to highlight the key product benefits and further support the premium positioning. Icons also feature on the back of pack and all gold areas are embellished with a spot gloss The white background of the pack supports the product’s clinical positioning, whilst the teal blue adds a clean and striking presence on shelf, differentiating it from key competitors.

Isowhey Wholefoods Packaging

Isowhey Wholefoods

Being passionate about brands, we were thrilled to be selected to develop a brand identity for new IsoWhey Wholefoods.

Our design was inspired by the nutrient-rich ingredients embodying wholefoods and began with the creation of an intricate hand drawn Aztec style design, symbolic of the link to natural products.

We then added a unique burst of vibrant fluro colour to each pack to add contemporariness and relevance to our target. The selection and use of these beautiful colours was used to segment the range into Protein, Superfoods and Snacks, creating a fresh and impactful range at shelf level.

Our services included: Logo Design, Packaging Design, Colour Palette and Brand Guidelines, Illustrations and Iconography and Print Production Management and Press Approvals

The strength of our pack design has been noted as a key factor behind Priceline accepting the full range of IsoWhey Superfoods exclusively for 6 months before even sighting the finished product – a testament to this fresh and impactful packaging range. The full range has also met with overwhelming acceptance and positive support by the Trade and Health Practitioners nationally.

The strong use of the pack’s Aztec style illustration and fluro colours was applied across all supporting materials, providing strong branding and consistency plus achieving high level impact and visibility in-store.
